Part of the Quarantini 2022 Advent Calendar. Both Jeanette and April purchased the calendar, would do a tasting, and then send tasting notes back and forth. There are also videos from Quarantini about each gin, and sometimes those were watched, though after doing the gin tasting so as to see how much we agreed or disagreed.
Tasting notes:
April - Maybe smells a bit more like aftershave? But I do smell the peach scent, and it's fairly prominent. Definitely strong enough to be pleasant.
Fruity and sparkly on the front, fairly paint thinner-y on the back. One of the best fruit gins in the calendar, thus far, I think.
With that, slightly below the prickly pear (gin 12) makes sense

Jeanette - Pleasant typical peach smell... it could also be a cosmetic. The first sip reveals itself with very sharp alcohol taste. The peach gets lost in it. If the burn subsides, the fruity taste is perceptible and actually quite pleasant. Pure to much thinner taste as a long drink determined well usable. Well and as known with the fruity gin variants, no juniper berry Rank 4... where I have to bring my ranking again exactly in line....
Gavin - Fruity notes. Does not taste like peach. A smoother gin than the Day 22 London Dry Gin. Tasted 17 Feb 2024.
Megan - Put it in tonic. And it tasted like gin, in the tonic, like every other Quarantini aside from the mango flavored one.
