Part of the 24 Days of Gin advent calendar. Being that the bottles are all repackaged gins from other places, some of these would be tasted a second time, outside of the calendar. Links added when known. The first few days of the calendar were tasted soon after ending the Geile Weine and Quarantini calendars in 2022, but after that was a long gap. As a rule for the first days, though, the gin was interesting for tasting more "gin-like" than the Quarantini calendars. So the theme and flavor seems to be a bit different.

Tasted on 6 Jan 2024. This tasting included Gin No 4 - Herba Flora, Kyrö Pink Gin - Kyrö Distillery Company, Lonewolf Gin - Der Schnapsstodl Day 24 - Brew Dog, Gin - Der Schnapsstodl Day 23 - Kyrö, this gin, and G'vine Floraison Gin - Der Schnapsstodl Day 3 - Maison Villevert.

Tasting notes:

April - Fairly strong juniper flavor through the mouth, especially in the front, with a bitter finish and a decent amount of not-unpleasant burning sensation afterward, both on the lips and in the back of the throat. Seems like a fairly classical gin.

Jeanette - Geruch: nicht sehr stark, würzig nach Kräutern. Geschmack: scharf und deutlich nach Kräutern. Lang anhaltender Nachgeschmack nach Kräutern mit leichtem, anhaltenden Brennen wie von Minze. Ich bin mir unsicher ob ich ihn mag.

Mo - It's more earthy than other gins we tried today (6 Jan 2024). It definitely feels stronger in the mouth, but it's interesting to taste. Because of that earthy flavor. Tastes like the forest. Reminds me a little bit of avant garde French perfumes that smell like musk and leather.
