Da Sergio 2021 Chardonnay Back
Purchased while on Langeland, mostly to try with a Liqueur purchased at a chocolate-and-other-tasty-things store in Rudkøbing.
Tasting notes: April - Sweet, sour, with an aftertaste of wet dog. Not too bad for a Chardonnay, though.
Jeanette - Fruchtige Säure. Muss kalter sein. Es ist oka, aber... es schmeckt wie trockene Sekt ohne Kohlensäure.
After tasting it by itself, we tasted it with the Liqueur de Châtaigne - No Vintage - Jean Gauthier, and had these tasting notes:
April - That definitely improved the wine. Flavors seem a bit more complex, and the wet dog flavor was not as prominent.
Jeanette - Lecker. Oder ziemlich gut, oder besser als erwartet. Die Säure ist nicht mehr so stark und in Rachen verbindet sich das fructige Aroma vom Wein mit dem Maronen Aroma vom liqueur.
