On the cetiri - basically the same as the skeet's revelry
The tasting menu said, "Winemaker's blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chambourcin. Flavors of rich, dark fruit which offers a long, smooth finish.".
April, Megan, Henry, Amanda, Sarah, and Andi visited as part of the Ricca Family Reunion. The particular trip for these notes was 2018.
Notes from tasting:
2016 chambourcin - sweeter than wanted, a bit sour, a bit watery - perhaps high in tannins
2015 seyval blanc - smooth and smells good. tart. like a sauvignon Blanc
2016 Cabernet Sauvignon - Megan says it was medium-water. tastes not sweet or sour. Kind of an earwax flavored wine. April thought it was okay, but very light for a cab sauvignon
2016 skeet's revelry - Megan liked it. inoffensive. drinkable, but a bit sour
2016 cetiri - basically the same as the skeet's revelry
2016 merlot - fruity, Megan liked it. a bit spicy. what Megan is calling earwax flavor.
See the [Google doc] for pictures and notes from the trip. Everything should be here already, but linking all the same.
