Day 10 Tasting with April, Katie, and Jeanette
Part of the Quarantini 2022 Advent Calendar. Both Jeanette and April purchased the calendar, would do a tasting, and then send tasting notes back and forth. There are also videos from Quarantini about each gin, and sometimes those were watched, though after doing the gin tasting so as to see how much we agreed or disagreed.
Tasting notes: April - Smells like blood orange, though not a super strong smell. Taste was also like that, but it had a fairly strong kick on both the front and the back of the tongue. I wasn't a huge fan. Pretty similar to yesterday, so I'll put it on one side or the other.

Jeanette - Deutlicher Blutorangengeruch, erinnert ein bisschen an Badreiniger. Der Geschmack ist orangig mit dem scharfen Beigeschmack von brennendem Alkohol. Im Nachgeschmack glaube ich Wacholderbeeren schmecken. Der Gin ist nicht schlecht vielleicht würde ich ihn auf Platz 5 setzten
ich würde im Ranking diesen Gin auf Platz 8 stellen
Katie - smells like cleaner. jeanette said "Frosch Blutorange" and that fits. Taste is bitter, like blood orange. some other subtler flavors I can't name too. Makes me cough.
