Bottle front

Part of the Der Schnapsstodl advent calendar. The "day" is just the order it was drunk / the pocket it was placed in. Anyone else who tried the calendar would have wound up with a different order.

Warkwick Valley is both a distillery and a winery, but only the distillery portion is pertinent, here.

Tasting notes:

April - Smelled like a classical gin, from my first impression. Drinking it, gave me immediate alcohol shivers, and then a burn developed on my lips. The flavor was maybe watery, and a burning that just kind of migrated around. There's definitely _some_ juniper, but this seemed more flat and just alcohol. Maybe more vodka like.
