On the 2cab/merlot - inoffensive. Still kinda bitter after taste
The tasting menu said, "A limited edition Bordeaux style blend with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. $34.99 per bottle, $377.90 per case".
This was one of the wineries Megan and April visited along with other people from the Ricca family as part of the Ricca Family Reunion. The particular trip for these notes was 2018.
Notes from tasting:
gewurztraminer - April thought it was weird tasting. Megan liked it, and it's her favorite white wine.
2cab/merlot - inoffensive. Still kinda bitter after taste
Cabernet franc - sweeter, but not too sweet. Enjoyable, but still just okay. Megan thought it was too sour
Cabernet Sauvignon - better than the last. Okay
Veritas - Megan liked it more than she remembered . Seemed about as good as the Cabernet Sauvignon
