Purchased while wine tasting with Amanda in Gilroy. Still not entirely sure why this is "Santa Clara Valley" rather than Gilroy. Included in both categories, since the back says, "Cellared & bottled by Calerrain Wine Co., Gilroy, California"

Alcohol - 14.8% by volume

To quote the bottle:

A warm summer allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. Grapes were hand ahrvested, clusters were gently destemmed, leaving ht ewhole berries intact, and placed into oak barrels. The fermenting grapes were punched down twice daily and primary fermentation completed in twelve days. The wine was cellared in barrel (60% new oak) for 18 months to develop complexity and eveolve wine's structure. This wine is best enjoyed from 2019-2025.
