Tasting notes:

April - Smell is like mulled apple wine, or something else with strong apple flavors and pie spices. Taste is of alcoholic apple juice. Well, apple "cider" that one would get at a store where they still filtered it, but it had some of the flavors not normally there with apple juice.

Very sweet, and possibly would be decent in a pie crust, if lower in alcohol percentage than I generally prefer for that application. But, like the first one of these I tried, it seems not particularly complex but inoffensive.
