2022 for year purchased is more of a guess. Judging from the dust on the bottle, it's been around for a while. Mederaño is listed on the label, but it might just be that "Mederaño Tinto" is the name of the wine, rather than the grape variety. But it's not really obvious, at this point, so assuming it's the varietal, at this point.
