Monoceros Wine and chocolate Wiki
The point of this wiki is to keep track of wines owned, consumed, and possibly additional aspects, like winery, varietal, vintage, year(purchased), or region.
Whenever adding new wines, add them to the owned page, and add categories to that wine page in keeping with how the other wines are presented.
...and then we decided that it should also be a fancy chocolate wiki. So new categories -- now with Chocolate! owned, consumed, producer, variety, year(purchased), and region
