Tasting Notes
April - Smells of caramel. Tastes pretty sweet, with a bit of a kick. It's pleasant enough, though not remotely like gin. Or at least the non-sloe gins that I'm used to where juniper is the most-prominent flavor. I'm not entirely sure what to say about it -- it just barely doesn't taste too sweet, but does still taste quite sweet. I'm not sure if I should say I like or dislike it. So, it's pleasant enough, and would try it again.
