Tasting notes:
April - Spicy. It's been a while since I tasted a new gin, but honestly this seemed pretty solid. It also made me cough a lot, but it definitely has juniper flavor to it. Seems pretty decent.
Jeanette - It's kind of tasty. It's enough classical to be a gin. It's flowery, but classic. It should be nice with some elderflower tonic or Mediterranean tonic. Not an Indian tonic, or something dry.
Megan - Oof. (response after smelling it)
Gavin - It's very clean. It's probably one of the more floral gins I've ever had. It still has the classic flavor to be a gin. It's probably pushing its flavors as far as it can while still being a gin, but it's a gin.
