	-->		April - A dark brown color, showing a decent amount of age. Taste was a bit sour, and fairly mild for the bitterness aspects of it. I thought it was quite good, and would happily drink something like it again. I do wonder how much I would have liked it had I opened it 3+ years ago. I'm guessing this one really did improve due to time and whatever abuse I put it through.

			Jeanette - From the smell I would say it's a little bit woody or smoky. And also a little bit like metal. Or even blood. The iron. But the smell is not unpleasant. From the taste, it is really astringent, but in a pleasant way. I like it. It's surprising. Besides the fact it couldn't be store it like one should store a red wine, it is not bad. There is a big body. And it's sour, but also sweet. And there's a very long aftertaste with a typical red wine taste.
