April - It's a rosé, so I'm more inclined to like it, but... Well, the start wasn't too bad, with a little bit of sparkle, and a hint of sweetness. Then bitterness followed by more bitterness, with a longer-lasting bitter aftertaste. I guess it makes sense to call it "bone dry", but I was hoping for flavors other than bitterness, somewhere.

I tried it with [[Liqueur de Châtaigne - No Vintage - Jean Gauthier]], it was just two flavors that happen to be in the mouth at the same time. No use in combining the two.

Jeanette - Sauer, bitter und nicht lecker - sehr schade. Beim Tasting war es kein Weinschauer, sondern eine nachhaltige Gänsehaut die durch den Wein ausgelöst wurde. 
Ich werde sehen ob man den Geschmack positiv mit meinem Liqueure de Châtaigne  beeinflussen kann. (Fakt nach dem Mixen: Leider nein, das Geschmackserlebnis bleibt unerfreulich)
